The Nigerian model of the RECORs ecosystem is a public-compliance-centered structure, designed to remain functional, inclusive, and transparent, and all structures are to be fully constituted, verified, and sealed before the end of the escrow period, in alignment with the principles of public trust and institutional integrity.
